Eating healthy and running 1 hour every day, how much pounds and face fat can I lose in 5 months?

    "Eating healthy" is very vague and says almost nothing about the quantity.

    To lose weight you have to be in caloric deficit (which can not be totally healthy), and the speed of your weight loss depends mostly on the size of that caloric deficit.

    If you run one hour a day but eat at your maintenance level, the only result is that you'll quickly have your knees destroyed.

    You should either talk to a dietitian or your family doctor about this doubt.

    Because it depends on various other factors e.g. your present age, physical fitness and mental health conditions. Moreover without seeing the actual/real patient, I cannot diagnose/guess.

    who cares how much weight you can lose. think about the years added to your life from cardio and healthy food
