    I don't think you can without actually damaging your vocal chords? It isn't a healthy voice to have I don't think, which is why you sound like that when you're ill. Isn't is strange how so many people feel this way when it's actually unhealthy? Lol.

    Smoke alot of cigarettes and get acid reflux. That's how I got mine.
