i am an 18 year old muslim girl at university, i don't have sex and i don't masturbate but i was wondering if vibrators are allowed as technically it isn't masturbation and it helps relieve any urges of having sex.

i think you are confusing penetration with masturbation...

By the way, the entire point of concepts like 'sin' and 'haram' is that you cant know what the rules actually are, so you can ALWAYS be accused of breaking them. this is found in every dictatorship and religion on earth.
