Bernoulli's equation applies: on that 1m^2,
P2/(dg)+(V2)^2/(2g)=P1/(dg)+(V1)^2/(2g)
P2=the pressure exerted by the moving wind.
P1=the static atmospheric pressure=1.013*10^5 n/m^2
V2=the speed of the moving wind=20m/s
V1=the speed of the static wind=0.
d=density of air=1.3 kg/m^3
g=gravitational acceleration=9.81 m/s^2
=>
P2=P1-d[(V2)^2]/2
=>
P2=101300-1.3*400/2
=>
P2=101040 n/m^2
