    Weather requires an atmosphere.

    It is vacuum mostly. Do no weather in Outer Space (unless you specify a planet giving all its characteristics).

    there s no weather because there s no atmosphere. What? Were you expecting aliens to give weather forecasts? Today there will be a freak asteroid storms to the east and coming down to the south there will be a hotter day because of a current supernova in the quadratic belt. Thank you and good night

    solar storms, meteor showers

    (OK, meteors aren't in "outer space", but before they get here they're something, asteroid showers perhaps)

    seriously, solar storms are a real thing that affect real spacecraft (and sometimes electric networks on earth) and astronauts need to shelter from them
