Does Donald Trump really want the job as President of the United States?

The POTUS has to deal with a great number of headaches. As POTUS, he would be criticized by people within the U.S. and those outside the U.S. He would have to negotiate with Congress and foreign nations.  He would have to pander to lobbyists.  He would constantly be scrutinized by the media.  Without mentioning any particular policy he might have, I noticed Trump does not work well with others.  He regularly ignores the advice of his campaign managers.  He constantly fights with members of his own party.  He reacts to any perceived slight by engaging in a weekend long pissing contest on Twitter and/or threatening to sue someone.  Trump is accustomed to having the final say in any matter.  He won't have that as POTUS.  I can't see him actually appreciating the job as POTUS.

Well as Pres he wont get criticized for nonsense such as what sex he had with whom 20 years ago. He is used to solving important problems and getting the job done. He wants a new rule that former White House employees cannot be lobbyists, and I hope that will go for Congress. He will get more respect as President than he has had from media during the campaign. They wont be standing up for his opponent.

Trump has been in business 45 years and gets along with people. You dont know what advice he ignored and from whom. He is used to being in charge. Republican establishment figures dont like him because he wants to end corruption.

I have read his tweets and they are an effort to communicate, reach out and explain himself to the public. You are projecting your own psychological makeup onto him and you dont know. He is right to sue anyone who damages his reputation, that is part of a lawsuit.

Trump wants to win the election to feed his ego.

He has absolutely NO idea of what the job entails.  If he wins, I don't see him lasting a month.  He just doesn't have the temperament for it.

For a guy who tantrums and gets into online twitter fights at 3am in the morning, I really struggle to see how he would deal with all his advisors, his cabinet, supreme court judges, and the entirety of congress, let alone international relations with other Heads of State, considering he has shown that his knowledge and perspicacity in the area of foreign policy is utterly sub-par and downright ignorant.
