Nah, the game got boring fast. It was cool at first, but the normal Pokemon games are much better. I've been playing the games, watching the show, trading cards with my friends, and reading the manga of Pokemon since I was about 6-7, and I can safely say that Pokemon GO is not a true Pokemon experience. You just walk around and find a Pokemon that has a 1 in 1000 chance for appearing then keep throwing Poke Balls, which is completely stupid and boring. I've already pre-ordered Pokemon Moon and am much more excited for that.

As a long-time Pokemon fan, I stopped playing this game after about two weeks. I don't think niantic even cares if the game dies since they're not listening to any of the players suggestions. It's just a money grab at this point since the only way to do well is by buying things or having all day every day to grind pidgeys. I'd recommend trying a real Pokemon game like X and Y or Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. Or, in 2 short weeks their newest games will be coming out, Sun and Moon. It's a much better experience than Pokemon go, in my opinion.

Well not really. There are some but a huge number of people had to let it go and I think this is the reason why:

Pokemon Go. A game where you go out and catch pokemon.

People had their hopes up in it's early stages but had to let it go in the end. They didn't stop playing because they got bored (well some did) but for many reasons in the psychological state of a persons mind. When people started to stop playing the game, the die hard fans where losing their faith. Getting to Pokemon stops and not seeing people made them feel lonely thus making them stop playing the game because they don't want to feel that emotion again. Another reason is that they stopped because of all the easy and cheating ways that people play pokemon go now. When they found out that the game could be cheated out off they just went the easy way. Lastly I think people don't play that game anymore because they know they can't complete the pokedex unless you travel far and wide and that would cost a lot of money. People these days tend to find the easy way out through games (especially the 2000's kids where they just cheat a lot) and if they can't they just quit

Until Pokemon Go adds trading with other players, the option of battling other players in person, trading pokemon as well as items, and more generations of pokemon including more legendaries; no one will be that addicted to Pokemon Go anymore. It was a fad and it seems to me that it has finally ended. I still play it when I am really bored or am curious of what pokemon may be where I go.

No because I found out it's another way the government is spying on all of us that play pokemon go. People who still play Pokemon GO don't know that.

No. Ironically though it reignited my interest in the core series. I've finally bought a 2DS, played Pokémon Y, and will be buying Sun this month. I'm seriously considering getting into competitive.

I think Go is a crap game, but I at least appreciate what it's done to make the franchise popular again.

I don't play Pokemon GO because I don't have a smartphone. It was like a waste of time for me, and I hate it when it happens so much, I'd rather go watch YouTube instead.

YES! I play pokemon go. Many people got tired and bored of it but the way it was played is cool! Yes, it can be pretty hard but that is the way it is! And yeah, many people use cheats too. But for me, I loved pokemon since i was 8 and now im 14, it got bigger and bigger and i love it.
