Can you give me some fantasy trade advice?

I've been offered diggs and Doyle for maclin and gurley. It's not a good deal. What should I counter with? It looks like he wants to trade. My team is: brees, maclin, Marshall, gurley, mccoy, Rudolph, Pryor, j Stewart, d Adams, Crowell, and sterling Shepard. His team is: tannehill, moncrief, diggs, l bell, yeldon, j Matthews, crowder, Edelman, Brady, Blount, and barnidge. I would like to trade and really need wr help.
