E1 = 1/2 m v1^2
E2 = 1/2 m v2^2
E2 / E1 = (v2 / v1)^2
(E2 / E1)^1/2 = v2 / v1
v2 = v1 ( E2 / E1)^1/2 = v1 * 2^1/2 = 1.41 v1 = 19.8 m/s
B)
E2 / E1 = (v2 / v1)^2
E2 / E1 = 2^2 = 4
E2 = 4 E1
