Is fluoride really bad for you?

    Too much yes, a little is actually needed. Fluoride creates the mineralisation of bone, and teeth, so if you have too little, you get brittle bones, and bad teeth.

    Which is also the problem when you get too much, the fluoride will mineralize on soft-tissue, causing issues.

    Unless you have pure-fluoride though, you have nothing to worry about, in toothpaste, or mouth-water there isn't enough fluoride to cause a problem, even if you'd swallow it every time you brush your teeth.

    Yes. Its a poison. But im told if its really diluted? Its nrar harmless to drink. But it is a poison.

    well , there isn't one cell in the body that uses it as a nutrient, plus it has been know to do harm.
