Verizon is updating my cell phone AGAIN!?
They have done this before and it even changed my operating system.
The things I noticed when it was done:
MORE ADS
More stupid texts from numbers I have never heard of.
More phone solicitations.
Slower
Duplicates on all my contacts, triplicates if you count the cloud.
Visuals changed and I cant find my often used apps.
Photo gallery all jacked up and the phone wont recognize the images saved to the SD card.
All my settings (where I turned off all their bloat ware) is back to THEIR preferred settings.
I am really sick of this.
Is there a company that does NOT DO THIS?

Uhhh, none of the above happen due to your phone company. If you;re getting ads and calls, that's on you for something YOU did, not Verizon.
I've been a Verizon customer for 15+ years, have never once experienced that. You need to take your device to someone and have it cleaned. you've got something wrong with it.
