21 year old male heart problomes or panic attacks?

I am 21 year old and have beeb having some weird feelings and eposides and was hoping someone could lend some helpful insite. Yes I have went to my doctor and a cardiologist.

So while at work the other day I started feeling reallywarm out if the blue.

Then that was accompanied by nausea and anxiety shaking and clamy hands and feet. Also with a racing heart beat after worrying I was gonna vomit infront of my coworkers.

I have been having some middle back pain and some pain on the ribs of my left chest and some where my chest connects to my shoulder. Now this pain will come and go depending on the way I lay on it or the way i sit ect and usally taking pain meds it will go away. Also have noticed heavier breathing at points epically breathing through my nose sometimes it will make the chest pain tighten. I think this might be a pulled lat muscle that is pulling on my chest. I have told my doctor and cardiologist all these symptoms they gave me a EKG test said rythem was normal but my heart rate was high . the cardiologist listen to my heart and lings said eveything sounded fine but wants me to wear an EKG monitor for 2 weeks. Alos had blood test done for tyrpid and b12 defficeny and some other test. But this is really hurting my way of life as I'm worried to go to work and have another "attack" and have to drive in the highway while feeling like this, the highway decently causes anxiety as I'm far away from home. If anyone has any helpful comments please share

I don't think anything is wrong with your heart. Your symptoms are symptoms of neurological conditions as well, which often go undetected/misdiagnosed because ERs only treat heart attacks, diabetes and broken bones and know nothing about other fields such a neurology.

Anyway, you describe nausea and shaking, feeling clammy and hot with raised blood pressure, labored breathing. These could be early signs of the onset of epilepsy. There is no such thing as "anxiety shaking", those are called myoclonus jerks. Right before the shaking of the upper limbs, or lower limbs or both, people can feel clammy, nauseous and their heart rate and temperature rises. Google "auras". My son had those episodes for about 2-3 years before he had his first seizure. All doctors say it was allergies, sugar drop, vascular problems, etc.etc.etc. No one ever could tell me what was wrong until it finally happen. The spells happened about 2-3 a year at the beginning, so they were random enough not to be concerned, then they happened more often but this time with vomiting, not just nausea. Then one day, he had a tonic clonic seizure.

Google it, and if the symptoms fit, consult a neurologist.

From wikiedia: Auras can also be confused with sudden onset of panic, panic attacks or anxiety attacks creating difficulties in diagnosis. The differential diagnosis of patients who experience symptoms of paresthesias, derealization, dizziness, chest pain, tremors, and palpitations can be quite challenging.
