Yes it will work. You are going have to dial the settings WAY back, and frame rates are not going to be much higher than 30FPS, but it will run. On an old work laptop I had that had a 2.5Ghz Dual Core, 4GB of RAM, and Intel HD 4000 Graphics (512GB), I was able to run Skyrim at low settings at 1080p and was getting around 30FPS. It looked like absolute garbage, but it did work.

The CPU and ram do exceed the minumum spec, but the onboard graphics are the killer.

Put in a cheap GPU, like this one for ~$50

    https://www.amazon.com/Asus-GT730-SL-1GD3-BRK-ASUS...

And it will be able to run that game.

It's an old PC, but it's an older game title as well, so you can make it work, without buying a whole new PC.

You may also be able to find a decent used GPU cheaper, from someone that's upgrading.

Not really. You can play it but would be on the lowest graphics and you would have to only be running Skyrim for a smooth gameplay.

NO. that is a very low end pc. you don't even have a graphics card, just integrated. also 2gb ram...eugh. that can barely run minesweeper, let alone Skyrim.
