She was never charge with a crime.

In America, you need to be charge then convicted to be in jail.

Unless you go on a TV show to get locked up for a few months.

    Why isn't Trump?

He admitted to not renting to blacks. Go caught, he said he made a deal so he would not have to say he was guilty. He just paid money.

    That is a crime.

He admitted to hiring illegal immigrants, that is a crime.

He is being sued for fraud, fraud is a crime.

The reported from People, told people, it was well documented.

    Assault is a crime.

Unlike Hilary, Trump admitted to doing illegal things twice.

So until either is charge and convicted, they will not be in jail.

So is Trump above the law because he rich and famous?

I see this a lot from conservatives, and I understand you have strong opinions about Clinton, but I have never heard anyone articulate an actual crime she's committed.

She hasn't been convicted of anything, and likely will not be convicted of anything.

You have to commit a crime first and then be indicted and convicted.
