    Trump's going to trigger a surge everywhere for conservative, "right wing," backward thinking. But like the waves on the beach, wait for the back-lash of "left wing" radicals to start their attacks on the conservatives.

    That's unlikely. Europeans tend to oppose political influence from America. Call it some kind of involuntary defiance, but it has always been real. His uncool "fatherly support" might be the beginning of the end of the right wing surge in Europe.

    No, if the right-wingers are smart though they'll pay attention how Trump emphasized the Socialism(the movement, the US v. THEM, the take care of ourselves), not the Nationalism to win.

    No. EU beaureaucratic hyper-control of everything is causing it. They drove the UK to vote to leave. Globalisation is behind it all though... the ordinary person hates globalisation and what it does to their jobs.
