This year's turnout rate for the Presidential Election was really low, what does that say for Americans?

The Republican turnout was slightly higher than normal, the Democrats turnout was lower, especially for Blacks and millennials.

That stupidity is experiencing exponential growth. Seriously, nobody that cares about politics, or the country at all just stays home, they may say that's why, but it's because they don't care, and they don't care because they don't know.
