    Losing weight will help with the blood pressure and the sleep apnea.

    Exercise will help with all three.

    yoga and meditation can be extremely helpful. I am not a medical professional, but from personal experience learning how to incorporate and be conscious of your breathing can help you out extremely. look up some different yoga videos and meditation videos on youtube to get started.
