Yo lo mejor que podria recomendarte esque la lleves al veterinario es la unica solucion, talves esta mareada por el viaje y le da nauseas, seria bueno que paren un rato del viaje, intenta darle leche eso ayuda a limpiarle el estomago, tambien carne cruda seria bueno para que recupere fuerzas
