    If you omit a sin because you forgot it, no. That sin too, is forgiven. This isn't the case with a mortal sin. That one you must confess.

    No because there is NO biblical instruction to confess to a priest and confession plays no part in salvation unless you listen to Catholic doctrine!

    I remember when we were sent to confession at primary school the big fat pompous priest would say yea yea let's skip the boring bits and get straight onto impure thoughts...lol...
