My letters keep getting delivered with "No name No mail" written in pen on the outside...why?

I don t understand what is happening. The address is abundantly clear. the name is written and shown....Why would I keep getting this written on my envelopes? No one else has their names written on the mail boxes and even then I don t logically see why that would be relevant if I clearly have the address (including apartment number) listed.

Any ideas?

    Ask your local Post Office.
