Windows 10 Mail - Problems?
Windows Live mail was excellent, but now I have to use Windows 10 Mail for some purposes. The layout is very untidy, and I cannot find any facility to create folders or to mark outgoing mail as High Priority. Can anyone help with these points?

High priority is meaningless for Yahoo Mail.
In the Windows 10 Mail Tile (modern UI), click the Account name>Folders, then click + to add a folder.
FYI: Windows Live Mail was not supposed to exist in Windows 8 or 10, but Microsoft changed their mind. I'm not sure where, but Microsoft is actively gathering feedback and suggestions for Windows 10.
