Can someone tell me what this sentence means?

Hi

English isn't my first language so yeah

Someone sent a message to me saying "just so I know, who is this?"

What does she mean? I mean what should I tell her

    I am guessing that she wants to know who YOU are. She doesn't recognize your message name. I presume that you sent her something first, and that is how she replied.

    she doesn't recognise you by your name or perhaps your email address. explain where you met and how long you've known her and where you still see her.
