NBA 2K17 keeps freezing on the intro screen that shows the team logos. Any idea how to fix it? (Xbox One)?

    also try waiting it out I just had the same problem I cleaned it and still nothing. I tried one last time and just left it on the screen and eventually the following cut scenes played.

    Are you using the disc version or downloadable version? If disc, clean disc. If downloadable reinstall. In either case. NBA 2k17 works for me on my xbox One.
