What should I look into buying to draw on a screen with pen?
I have a big Apple mac and I have all the creative cloud programs on it. What should I look into buying as a monitor that comes with a pen that I can plug into my computer. I don't want to download adobe programs on the new device. I looked at Cintiq companion and iPad pro, but I think I have to download the programs on there. I just want a monitor that I can keep plugged into my mac just draw on the screen. Does the Ugee Graphic Tablet Monitor require you to download programs on it or can I just plug it in on my mac?

Surface pro 4 is the best full laptop tablet with a writable screen. But there are cheaper alternatives like Wacom tablets (which connect to a computer via USB generally).
