Can you write me a poem that helps with time and stress management?
I know it is not polite to ask for gifts from friends you have not seen in a long time, but I would like to be asked for one and btw yes I got the urge after Caz's question. Miss you guys!
OMG so awesome you guys!

My poetic friend a poem for you
As I sit and ponder on managed time
And seek poetic reason I may find
I'll try and do it with a subtle rhyme
Realize I could lose my anxious mind
While my random thoughts can fly across space
The time it takes I will never measure
To eternity I'll go and leave no trace
No trail to follow, no map for treasure
I'll find a heartbeat, time's only counter
Feel its rhythm as I begin to rise
And need to face what I will encounter
The measured days lived are my only prize
I tumble through space like a grain of sand
And feel time's movement its constant demand

This ones By You Lovechiled
I am at my best when those in dire straits
reach out for my help like my existence relates
to everyone whom I have connected to; contemplate,
if you will , how that changes my whole attitude .
Yes , perhaps I've helped others but it is my debt of gratitude
that I owe to them , my peers, poet-friends , my best hope
to create a serene future where not only can I cope
with my own post traumatic circumstances , climb the slope ,
but also stand atop the peaks with those whom I have met
in a place where understanding and empathy dissolve regret
into a watered down concoction , not a poison like before ;
oh, if I might change the world by words that reassure
and turn guilty feelings into wisdom , worked hard for,
I have been successful and I can at last find peace .
Bring me your pressurized emotions , together we will find release .

its king is majesty
its rebound is her
its sorry is not mine
for i was her own
a heaven of him i was
it stood its time still
all was come, still
and love remained
for she was his and mine
all had come and all was bright
as it went, away its own
as she left; i was free
in day and night wanted
i saw the new day end
god bless you

A Song Titled Serenity-
The mist
The fog
Every drop of dew that rolls down a crisp blade of emerald grass
The clock
The letters
Every number in the sequence she has yet to learn
The warmth
The cold
Every autumn breeze that leaves tingles like a cool crisp sheet on skin
The light
The dark
Every half-lit morning that shares the sky with the colours of a sunrise
The child
The adult
Every song called Serenity

This shows how we stress over foolish things and have selfish priorities.
The Strangers.
Stairway to Heaven blasts with the record player in his mind,
dancing alone in a home called an alley and feeling real fine,
The strangers pass on by nodding unaware he's not alone,
a few dollars, many voices as the past revisits his home.
The gangs all here as he surveys everything left in his life,
he shows them pictures from home, books, his favorite father's knife,
Never having a father he knew, one of imagination was in his head,
that is why the photos and books were dear and hidden in his bed.
An old dirty pillow given by a stranger who said they loved him,
they knew he drank and shot up,also that everyone born has sinned,
Still the strangers never left him alone, nagging, condemning, solemn,
the pastor who walked by,blessing him every day saw their problems.
The problems of the world where apathy, selfishness and hate thrived,
voices in his head said **** them, look how long you have survived,
They were right as he ate a burger given by an innocent child,
many times they talked together, played checkers and even smiled.
He never got jaded because of the Hell from many years before,
when he went to Vietnam, serving his country in a losing war,
His dear buddies were slaughtered, heads put upon a fence to see,
still he carried on not once complaining, why this happen to me.
One day he read his book of lessons, the innocent child was amazed,
he not only was a sergeant, but also taught in his better days,
The last page told how he got fed up and threw that life away,
still he learned his lessons well and still smiles every day.

Enjoy this abstract poem!
---
Time is a creation of civilization,
A way of measuring the days
To secretly imprison your mind
That it won’t know eternity in a second.
By freeing your mind of the illusion
Called Time, all tasks are easier
And meaningful, for the mind without Time
Is the one-eyed king in the land of the blind.

I will borrow from Pink Floyd their "fritter and waste"
And turn it to something that's more to your taste
Having been quite obsessed a dark-side lunartic
Doing divisions of labor and capital schtick
I stray from the subject but not from the rhyme
All these dilemmas are answered by time.
We are creatures flirting in the dark,
Burying our hams in the warmth sans the spark
When the sun of death comes as to lighten up here
And the shadows that were me and you disappear.
Time's a dark element lacking in false pride
Do not let it waste from penchant to hide;
The now is expansive if we lose all before
The past is our ballast, the unknown our oar;
Speak to me whisper your troubles and doubt
Let the threat of the sunrise toss your dreads out
Sleep in the zen field of actionate pause
Let go stress and embrace working more 'gains the cause.

no, but i know about work and stress.
there is an obsessive compulsive way to deal with everyday work. it is called, chronomania.
by definition: chronomania n (Greek khronos, time + Greek mania, obsession, madness; cf. megalomania, balletomania) - obsession with time and speed; inclination to utilize every moment and to submit one's life to a total time control.
everything takes time to do, and you are one person, try to use your time in an intelligent way, since you can not be everywhere and do everything at once.
think of your work, like you would a game of golf; there are 18-holes, but you play one hole at a time. obviously you can not play one hole well, if you believe you have to get to the next hole, and are distracted about playing the entire 18-immediately. focus your intention completely upon fulfilling the game completely on this one hole.
when one is finished, then do the next hole. but play, only one hole at a time. you will eventually complete the entire course.
you have work schedule, time is money? i will be done, when i am done.
