milk production after stopping breastfeeding for about 10 months.. is it possible?

I stopped breastfeeding my child in the month of February.. now it is end of November... I still find some white milky discharge from my nipples... I tasted it.. it is sweet too.. do I still produce milk?

Update:

If I start feeding my child again.. or start pumping my breasts regularly... will the milk production increase again - in abundant supply to feed the baby?
