Are some chicken and 4-8 pieces of eggs enough protein to gain weight?
I'm 14 and about 5 feet and 7 inches. I'm 54kg(119lb) and I'm ALWAYS called too skinny. I'm planning to hit the gym to gain weight and become at least 65kg(143lbs). My current diet is random and I eat a lot! No idea how much proteins tho. I eat stuff like shawarma, chicken naan, soup, etc(different stuff everyday) and about 2 eggs and chicken curry is something I have almost everyday for dinner or lunch if not both. So, will 4-8 eggs with random food(Boiled rice is my main food for lunch and dinner) enough?

If you're getting the nutrition that you need I wouldn't worry about changing your diet. There is nothing wrong with being skinny as long as you are eating enough and anyone who tells you that there is, is just jealous. Don't worry about it. You are very lucky. Most people would love to have this problem.
