Do some research online about Ur options. Psychiatric drugs are dangerous. The people on here told U to see a doctor R fear mongering PARANOID SCHIZOPHENICS themselves & R paranoid U will hurt them. They don't give s crap about U!

Dont get sucked into the system!

I have seen people with schizophrenia, depression & bipolar & other mental illnesses improved after taking just 50 to 100 mg of Vitamin B Complex, immediately or over a period of time. U can take additional supplements for these conditions also.

But please do not take more than 200 mg of any B Vitamin esp B 6 daily because it could damage Ur nervous system.

Take B Complex in the morning since it might keeps you up at night. But everybody is different.

Take 50 mg of Vitamin B complex in the morning & 50 mg in the afternoon.

If you find these doses don't work for U within 2 weeks try 100mg in the morning & 50 mg in the afternoon or at MAX 2 doses of 100 mg daily!

Always do research on herbs and vitamins before U take them!

So youd rather listen to the internet rather than a doctor? Youd rather get help from people who say drink vinegar and lemon juice instead of being serious with your health? If you do pissible have a health problem, you'd want to die because youre denying the fact that youre sick? Go to the doctor now, and stop being afraid. Its better to know and get help than just sitting down and slowly dying.

It's better that you go. Because then you can be aware of that mental illness. And maybe with the help of a counselor or therapy, you can continue on with a normal life.

Use a fake name. See a doctor in another city. If he diagnoses a mental illness, the person who has that mental illness will be a fake person with a fake name.

There are alternative remedies for some mental illnesses. St. John's Wort is good for depression. Lavender and chamomile are good for anxiety. The list goes on. I know I'll get multiple TD's for this post. We can explore the alternatives together if you like.

Well, just ask any feckin' crackpot. You'll get all sorts of bullshite answers. None of which will help. Or you can grow up and accept that mental illness need not be the end of your world and get the proper help from a physician.

I know it sounds crazy but please stop eating gluten!!!!!!! I am very serious when I say it exacerbates mental issues, depression, suicidal thoughts, voices, anger. Maybe try lithium orotate? or St johns wort. Maybe look into if you were to need an ssri vs maio...like st john or kanna is compared to ssri and lithium, I think, would be more comparable to maoi. I am sorry you feel so trapped but please go to see someone if you feel like you willl hurt yourself or another person. Bless you.
