I have an idea for an IOS App and need some info about creating it.?

How are they created? (a language? a program?).

Where can I look for someone to code it for a reasonable price?

Any additional App creation info appreciated. Thanks.

    The simplest app creator is probably Livecode.

    It uses a near English language and there is a free version.

    Apps/programs can be built for iOS, Android, Windows, Mac, Linux etc..

    You need to hire an iOS developer. What sort of budget are you looking at?

    A programmer write the app in a computer language, then publishes it.

    A "good" app (e.g. the one for FaceBook) is reckoned to cost about $1,000,000.
