Losing hair at 18?

I m 18 years old and I have female pattern hair loss. I m losing 50+ hairs in the shower every day. I m taking a pill, a shampoo, and midroxil for it. Any other remedies? I m ready to try anything.

    Sulfur (a pomade SPECIFICALLY for hair), Miconazole vaginal cream!!!!!!! It sounds strange but I used it to grow my hair back from minor alopecia and it works wonders.
