Grammer, and verbiage.?
Good evening Samantha Price,
I spoke with you briefly yesterday enquiring about interning at Sound Images, any position will be greatly appreciated. You mentioned you could set me up a meeting with the Lead Audio Engineer and requested an email from me, therefore; it can be forwarded to them and more information could be sent to me.
I appreciate your time and assisting me in this remarkable opportunity.
Sincerely,
Cameron Tye

Good Evening Ms. Price,
On Tuesday, November 29, I briefly spoke with you about an internship at Sound Images. You mentioned that a meeting with the Lead Audio Engineer could be set up. You also requested an email from me so that you could forward it to the appropriate person at Sound Images. That would allow the company to send me additional information about the internship.
I appreciate your time and assistance in regards to this remarkable opportunity.
Sincerely,
Cameron Tye
NOTE: make sure you have the correct date in the letter.
NOTE: unless you know Samantha personally you should use Ms. Price.
NOTE: you do not need the sentence part stating "any position will be greatly appreciated." since
you say that at the end of the letter.
