Why would she ask her boyfriend for help?

A woman with a boyfriend of three years has been having an affair with another man for the past four months. As a result, she's now pregnant by her lover who wants her to keep the baby.

When the woman tells her jilted boyfriend about her affair and subsequent pregnancy with her lover, the first response from him was , "Why!". What followed was a series of questions pertaining to that question.

1.) Why did you choose to cheat & get pregnant?

2.) Why do you want me to help you NOW?

3.) Why do you want to stay with me?

How would any woman in her position respond to those questions?
