Depends what the dog is sick of. Your vet will have the best answer.

If you can't afford a vet. Then google up your dogs sickness. It should also give a cure. But you better be right on the choice or your dog could die

Totally a Veterinarian question. There are too many variables to safely answer that question. What sickness? What medication? How old is the animal? What breed? ec

The ones YOUR VET tells you to give them of course stupid! Or are you too dumb to know that it is only THE LAW that you take your mutt to the vet when they are SICK so that you can find out WHY they are sick or do you just go treating YOURSELF when you are sick too because you're too stupid to get your own butt the the doctor? THINK about it if you can without HURTING YOURSELF in the process!

There are over 7000 FDA approved drugs. Are you just planning to throw a dart at a veterinary formulary and hope for the best?
