Do you think squeezing or pushing workouts are better for chest?

Squeezing (like chest flies) vs pushing (like dumbbell bench press)

    Both have it's place. You can squeeze with the dumbbell press.

    Compounds are the foundation, as isolation like flies and cable crossovers are the icing. Both are essential for chest development.

    Gonna go with pressing just because you can continue to consistently add weight. As it would be difficult and almost dangerous to chest flie with 100lb+ dumbbells.
