Hundreds Of Veterans Gathering At Dakota Pipeline Protest What is the solution to this pipeline can it not be put above ground as the ...?

Alaska Pipeline was? I understand the Indians don't want their sacred (burial grounds) disturbed and that they don't want water polluted... and the pipe company refuses to reroute the pipe line. is this the Keystone pipeline?? thanks

    Putting it above ground is not practical. LOL Alaska is not the Dakotas. LOL This is the northern section of the Keystone approved by President Obama. LOL
