How to cite a footnote turabian style for an interview? Also if I have to cite that multiole times, does the footnote change?

    Your question makes no sense. Are you citing a footnote that's in somebody else's book or article? Or are you citing an interview in YOUR OWN footnote? If it's the latter, then you're not "citing a footnote." Please explain what the hell you're trying to do here.
