The Christian heaven, if we refrain from speculating beyond what the Bible tells us, is, in fact, desperately boring.

The Muslim heaven, again, just going on the descriptions of the Qur'an, has more going for it. Everyone wears fancy clothes, and they live in beautiful mansions with beautiful gardens overlooking rivers. There's lots of awesome food and drink. For the men, there are virgins. Not 72 virgins. The Qur'an doesn't say that. The Qur'an never even hints at there being a limit on the number of virgins you can avail yourself of.

But if you ever do get bored with all these things, there is a special entertainment for those who wish to participate: you get to pour boiling water on the faces of the people in hell.

Qur'an 7:50 "And the dwellers of the Fire cry out unto the dwellers of the Garden: Pour on us some water..."

Qu'ran 18:29 "If they ask for showers, they will be showered with water like to molten lead which burneth the faces."

Nobody alive has any knowledge of whether or not Heaven exists, nevermind having insight into what it is like. It's all about what you believe, so make Heaven whatever you want it to be. Better still, do those 5 things here and don;t waste you life obsessing over death.

5 activities I look forward to in heaven:

    1) Meeting Jesus face to face and giving him a huge hug.

    2) hanging out and talking with Elijah.

    3) hanging out with and talking with Paul.

    4) Meeting, getting to know, and spending time with my ancestors and formally-deceased family members.

    5) Just experiencing being in God's immediate presence all the time.

Will it be boring in Heaven? I bring us back to my 5th activity. You know sometimes when you feel God's presence, even just for a moment? If not, it's a feeling that's simply overwhelming, and you long for it every moment after that. I believe that in Heaven, we'll experience that type of moment continuously for the rest of eternity.

    1) Drugs

    2) Fly around the world

    3) More drugs

    4) The sky's the limit, up up and away

    5) Meet the fate of Icarus

Angels can die of drug overdoses too. This is a fact, and part of why God banned people from having access to healthcare.

The Bible doesn't elaborate on details of Heaven. But what we know about God can give us clues. God loves art in all forms. He loves music, drama, and visual art. We know this because he made us in his image and he gave some of us the ability to create art and most of us the ability to appreciate and enjoy it.

    1. I plan to enjoy art.

We know God loves relationships. He wants us to have a relationship with him. Also, he's made it important for us to build relationships with each other's.

    2. I plan to re-new my relationships with those who got to Heaven before me.

    3. I plan to meet new people and form new relationships.

We are told from the Bible that there will be something new everyday.

    That sounds like adventure.

    4. I plan to seek adventure.

We are told that we will be aware of what goes on here on earth and that we can take an interest in it and pray for people still in their earthly lives.

    5. I plan to pray for family and friends I left behind.

1: Figure out where I am.

2: Seriously, how did I end up here?

3: Sit down talk with God.

4: Reevaluate if I really want to be here.

    5: Endless minibar

Source(s): It wouldn't be heaven without an endless minibar, would it?
