By having his roulette dealer activate the "cheat" to make the marble land on 22, two times in a row, and telling her husband to bet on 22. He says it loud enough for the roulette dealer to hear and also gives the dealer a look. That way Annina's husband "wins" enough money to buy their Exit Visas and she doesn't have to sleep with Louis to get them.
