I am not able to select best answers for my questions... cannot see the tab for that... whats wrong?

If you have waited one hour and you still don't see the blue tab to award a best answer to a person it is because that person has you blocked. Nothing you can do about that. Select someone else and do a update explain why.
If you have not waited an hour you just have to wait a little longer.
