Do I speak to the audience in my audition?

We have been given "monologues" for an upcoming audition. The part I will be reading for has me very angry at people on the stage (or will be during the actual show). Should I act as though there are other actors on stage? It does have a couple of areas that I can speak directly to the audience during this, but I am unsure what to do here. It is the wedding scene in Much Ado About Nothing and I will be reading for Claudio if that helps. Thank you.

Yes - you should perform the monologue just as you would in the whole play - just imagine the other characters.

For those other bits, it's fine to address an unseen 'audience'.
