Because the Bucks are a young team to prove themselves in the future, while the Bulls have aging veterans who have lost their athleticism and no pure shooters.. People have overrated Rajon Rondo thinking he is a good replacement for Derrick Rose. That trade was stupid. Then, they let Pau Gasol go. This affects a lot. I think Jimmy Butler's offensive game needs to improve, but Robin Lopez has been great. The Bulls are very lucky to have him.
