How Do I Go About Standing Up For Myself?

Hello, this entire year has been terrible for me. A trend I ve noticed that kept happening to me is that at work and at home is that people would always talk down to me at work treating me like a child and being rude to me with how I do my work.

And at home where my roommates butt into my personal space and treat me like a 5 year old. It makes me feel terrible. Makes me feel like a worthlessness human being. I need a very demanding and frank way to do it so I can establish a ststus quo that I do things my way and for people not to talk to me that way.

May be impossible. But I d appreciate the help.

Okay this is what you do: Read up on meditation, your astral body and how to clear your energy spaces, read up on energy/frequency and viberation. Raise your viberation and watch as all those problems fade when people are dead scared looking at you. Meanwhile you also develop yourself naturally and get more in touch with the real you beyond your physical appearance. Results guaranteed aslong as you do the work!

when they come at you, you have to stand up for yourself. As soon as they say something you disagree with, but in and tell them why. Speak with authority and look them in the eyes. the authority will come from the fact that you have as much validity as they do. You have to fight for your right to exist in the world, just like they do. It's just the way it is. If you want people to respect you, you have to earn it by believing in yourself. Good luck.
