I call my maternal grandparents Nanny and Grandpa and I call my paternal grandmother Grammy. My paternal grandfather died before I was born but my parents said I would've liked him. Also, my maternal grandfather is actually my mom's stepdad. I've never my my biological maternal grandfather, but my mom says he wasn't a good dad.

They were always just Grandma and Grandpa, on both sides of the family (only difference is we added their last initial to distinguish which one we meant - so if one Grandma's last name had been Smith, we would have called her Grandma S)

Maternal grandmother, I call her Memaw. Her husband (my grandfather but not biologically related, of course), I call him Pepaw.
Paternal grandmother, I call her Nana (but pronounced as NON-NA). Her husband (my grandfather, but not biologically related, of course), I call him Papa Chuck.
I do not know my grandfathers (my mom and dad's dads) as they abandoned them when they were kids.
