Could Russia have World War 1 had they fully industrialised?

I've been doing some research on the industrialisation of Russia and are curious to know what they're odds would have been of winning against the Germans if they industrialised in world war 1. By world war 1, while farely powerful, they hadn't fully industrialised, what would've their odds of been had they completed this process?

Update:

1. The word WON should be between the words have and World

2. Russia had been Industrialising since the start of the 19th century. One of the main reasons for the revolution was because of heavy casualties due to ill-preparedness because of a lack of Industrialisation. My question was would they have had a chance against Germany had they fully Industrialised and were completely ready for the war.

I'm glad you have an interest in history, but befgore I answer, let me mention a few things:

    1) You wrote "Could they have WW1"? Well yes, they did have it in the sense of participating it, but it's a weird question. I suppose you meant to ask if they could have WON the war. Oops.

    2) Since you are referring to yourself, which is singular, it should be "am curious", not "are curious".

    3) It's spelled fairly, not farely

    4) It's "their odds", not "there odds".

    5) Grammatically, it should be written "if they had industrialised".

    6) World War 1 is a proper name, so it should always be capitalized

    7) You're missing a conjunction. It should be written "By World War 1, while fairly powerful, they hadn't fully industrialized, SO what..."

    8) You wrote "...what would've their odds of been had they completed this process?" This is about as redundant and clumsy as it gets. The word "would've" is entirely unnecessary and it should be "would have been", not "would of been".

That's a lot of mistakes for two sentences. I hope you can actually do better if you try.

    9) To answer your question, greater industrialization probably wouldn't have changed the final outcome, which was the Bolshevik Revolution. The underlying causes of that wouldn't have changed.

The Russians only pulled out of World War I because they had the little matter of the Russian Revolution to attend to in 1917! Industrialisation had nothing to do with it.

Had Russia stayed in WWI they could not have 'won' the war simply because they were not fighting the war single-handed, they were fighting with the Allies who ćollectively won the war.

    1. For "they're" read "their".

    2. For "farely" read "fairly".

    3. For "would've their" read "would've been their".

After making these modification s some "sense" was put in your sentences.

    Answer : Yes.

I think it is a good ides for you to have a crash course in

    1. Spellings

    2. Grammar
