All question now are available for answering. Doesn't matter anymore if they are a week old or 10 years old. If the question is on the board even if it has a best answer already it still can be answered and that user get points.

Likely because you may be under the Discover Section If you are under the Discover Tab its a Mixed Section of Newer and Older Questions if people want only newer Questions they have to go to the Answer Tab
