enterprise car sales has anyone had dealings with them? I have and let me tell you what happened?

purchased an auto financed by Westlake financial of California. Car was totaled 4 months later.i9nsurance and gap insurance(American heritage0 PAID THE CAR YES? NO WHEN I TRIED TO PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE I WAS TOLD THAT I OWED 999.00 I COULDNT BELIEVE IT BUT AFTER I TALKED TO GAP I FOUND OUT THAT ENTERPRISE WAS HOLDING 888.00 FROM PAYMENT WHEN I CONFRONTED THEM THE ANSWER WAS "YOU DIDNT ASK FOR IT" I DIDNT ASK FOR 888.88 DOLLARS?SO WHAT IF I DID NOT ASK FOR IT WHERE WOULD IT HAVE GONE? WHEN I CALLED THEM AND ASKED FOR IT I WAS TOLD I COULDNT GET IT FOR 4-6 WEEKS AND WESTLAKE REFUSED TO WAIT FOR IT SO I AM BLASICALLY UNABLE TO BUY ANOTHER CAR because Westlake refused to take or wait for it or am I missing something here? please help me with this

    Enterprise had nothing to do with this. Your lender was Westlake (one of the worst in the industry) and your GAP coverage was from American HEritage.

    Enterprise isn't the culprit here. Your failure to effectively deal with the lender and the GAP administrator is the reason you're having issues.
