Does Binaural Beats actually work?
I am trying to boost testosterone levels and increase my hgh. I have learned about binaural beats. Some people report growing 1/2 taller at age 20 and others say they get rid of their injuries. The videos are usually 1 hour to 6 hours long. You will need headphones to make it work. Basically, the beats influence the elctronegativity of the brain. For those of you that do not know what the hell i am talking about, go to https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=zkyROm96gvo <<< can you tell me if this video can help me increase hgh.

I don't see how it could work that way.
It does have usefulness as background beats, for sleep, emotional management or for headaches. Nothing epic, though - except the headache relief. It depends on which ones, though, for me.
For me, those are uses.
They're versatile distractions.
