Intermittent fasting boosts hgh levels to 2000 percent or males. If I fast every single day and do sprinting along with it, could I grow taller? I get a lot of proper nutrition afterwards (about 3-4k calories). And I get 9 hours of sleep. I am 16, 5'8 and I want to grow 4 inches taller. I want to beat my genetics. I am planning on opening a mini pizza restaraunt. Lets say I have 10 workers. They get paid 9 dollars per hour for 10 hours. What the heak? If I am making 1000 dollars every day from my restaraunt, does that mean I have to pay my employees 900, or am I thinking the wrong way? I plan on making at least 200,000 every year.

I live in Atlanta Georgia. Atlanta is very populated and its the perfect place to start your own business. I plan on making a restaraunt and chaining it. I want to make a pizza restaraunt, just as big as California Pizza Kitchen. I want to have pizza, soups, desserts, flatbreads, healthy salads, and maybe chicken wings. Dont get me wrong.
