How much does it usually cost on average to open up a restaraunt?

I live in Atlanta Georgia. Atlanta is very populated and its the perfect place to start your own business. I plan on making a restaraunt and chaining it. I want to make a pizza restaraunt, just as big as California Pizza Kitchen. I want to have pizza, soups, desserts, flatbreads, healthy salads, and maybe chicken wings. Dont get me wrong. I dont want a giant restaurant like the ones in Paris which they sell a dish for $300. Hell no. Could someone just tell me how much I would need to open up a restaraunt? I already have $700,000 saved up. This is not a lie. No funny answers and no trolls please. Also, should I get a bank loan or something?

    You can open with that kind of money. You really can.

    If you do not have a business plan...and it seems like you do not, buy a business book or get a lawyer and make a business plan.

    If your accountant or friends cannot make one, then go to Fiverr and buy a basic business plan and study it so you know how to make one for yourself.

    When people tell you to make a business plan, they are not making jokes. You need one or you will lose your money.
