How to start up you food business.?

Now when I say food business, I mean I want to make stuff like chocolate, cereal.. etc. and put them on shelves on stores. I want to use kickstarter for my idea, after I have hired a food engineer and found a recipe and patented it. With the money I got funded, what do I do. There is so much to it. Can you all list as much things as you can. Btw I am only 16 and I am dreaming big.

    You have to come up with a product that is New. Until you do that then forget it.

    Nobody is going to fund an unoriginal idea...the market is saturated. Learn more about successful entrepreneurs, this isn't how they do it.
